Cymbopleura subcuspidata

Post by Jean-marc »

Hello,

Generally I take the photo with DIC illumination, but this test was a good surprise for me.
I have test my Leitz Pl apo 63/1,40 ph4 with some diatoms, but this time with the phase contrast.

Jean-marc,

Super nice high magnification phase image. It his is a single image, then that is a perfectly mounted diatom specimen.

Hi Charles,

thank you,

I forgot to say It is a 2 stacking image, but only one was good enough.
The mount is Zrax, made by a friend of me.
