Biomyxa, Trichamoeba, and unidentified amoeba

They are amoebae of my filter of aquarium.

Excellent pictures!
1-2-3: could be a Biomyxa.
4: definitely a Rhizamoeba, maybe Rhizamoeba caerulea.
5: could be a Trichamoeba, but you have to see the nucleus or nuclei.
