Snail Embryos

Shot with the Canon T1i, two sections of Kenko tubes, a 2.5x Projector tube over a 10X Objective lens, using Polarized light.

Some things are obvious, some are not. I don't yet know what the Polarized light highlights. Muscle and shell for sure, but I do not know what else or what the colors mean.

Thanks Rogelio. This is a whole other side to microscopy. I like the colors.

Now I need to learn what the colors mean. :)
