Francisco beat me to it. I was going to suggest Paranema. I have video of one, it looks like it runs into a wall when it changes directions. LOL

Does Peranema have a visible second flagella as seen in the second picture?

Hello John,

Yes, but Peranema has its second flagella sticked to the cell
As I can see, this second flagella seems to be half the size of the cell and it could be probabelly Heteronema that you can see here : http://forum.mikroscopia.com/index.php?showtopic=7550
