the "house" from a tintinnid Ciliate

This is the lorica from a tintinnid Ciliate. It was 260 µm long. The species: maybe Cyttarocylis magna.

Obj. 20x, DIC, stack with 7 pictures.

What kind of literature do you use to find the real name of this tintinnid, because there is not much on books where you can find something about tintinnids

Very nice work Franz. It is a beautiful structure, but does not look very strong.
