Moss Spores and Hornwart Leaf

I am proud of myself today. I looked at a sample last night and got some images and video of some Moss spores. I was even able to find the spore online and more or less identify it. At least I know it's not an Arcella. :wink:

Here's a video of the spores.

Still not sure why the images don't come out sharper though.

Plan Apo 40X?

Hi Francisco. No Plan Apo 40x. Still using the E 40x that came with the scope. I do have a 40x Plan Achromat on the way though, but it's not here yet.

The Hornwart hair is with a 20x Plan Apo though.

I have not understood yet, why the same camera takes such very good quality video and such mediocre quality stills. When I watch the live view image on my monitor, I can actually see the image quality get better when I start the video.
