Many thanks to Charles for honourable mentions for my "leaf casts".
I`m happy to give some (new?) ideas for microscoping.
Attached a picture (leaf cast from an unknown species of gras).
Microscope:Reichert Biovar
Objective:Reichert 10xsplan
Camera:Canon EOS 450D
Rheinberg illumination.
