The latin name for Kren is Armoracia rusticana, in English: Horseradish.

The picture is beautiful. I am not familiar with the technique though. I have heard of it, but not details. I need to Google it. :)

@Betty:"Kren" is the Austrian name for "Meerrettich - it`s the plant,which
made Arnie (Schwarzenegger) and me very strong...:))
