New camera on the old scope. The "new" Fluophot is still in transit, but the new camera arrived Wednesday and I just had to give it a test run. It's amazing, what a difference a real camera makes compared to the junk sold by so many places.
The T1i connected right up in the same way and using the same adapters I already had bought for the Canon 1D3. The big difference is, the T1i shoots video and has first curtain shutter sync in Live View, that Charles has documented. And that makes all the difference.
Here's the video of the Rotifers. Shot in 720p Hi Def video at 30fps and edited with Magix Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus.

Thanks Francisco. I am still learning this camera, and hoping that when the Fluophot get's here, I can get even better video.
I could always see the mastax and cilia through my present micropscope, using the eye pieces, but it just never came through the poor quality cameras I was using. I'm glad to see there is an increase in image quality.
