Hmm, I'm not good in these kind of things, but I had things like this before and named them Holophrya.

I understand that it is difficult to identify this "ciliated" with the images.

Hello
This video apparently awakened the curiosity of a university professor and specialist in microbiology microorganisms. His explanation: This is an excerpt from a protozoan, namely a zone membranelles Hypotrichida oral. Apparently it's quite normal worms eat different parts of the protozoa and Celuta can regenerate.
