Working to improve my pictures at high magnification, I'm performing some test with a diatom test slide made by Dominique.

I think it's a Navicula (lyra?).
Leitz PL Fluotar 100/1.32, 1.4 a.a. Zeiss DIC condenser, VOILA illumination with deep blue filter, several seconds exposure, stack of 7 pictures, lots of cloning out dust spots. :(
Still no totally satisfied with the resolution :?
