A comma , on my book reader

Post by Cyclops »

I got one of those book readers that use the e-Ink screen(not a Kindle) and tried to get a shot of it thru the scope. Unfortunately the dsetail you can see is the reticulation on the reader's screen which ensures against glare when reading in bright light.
Taken with a Blackberry Curve 8900 phone and daylight (such as it is!), magnifgiation about 100X (10x obj + 10x eyepiece)

And heres the word 'go' taken at 40X

That's pretty interesting. I have one of those readers, a Nook, and love it. The problem with those white paper screens is, you need light to see it. You can't read it in the dark. I did find a site with thousands of out of copyright e-books for free though. :)
