Hello.

The microorganisms come from clean stagnant water of a river. A testunidella rotifer and stylonychia ciliate.

Congratulations to your pictures. I too, I like very much the clarity in your photographs, but allow me a question: Do you keep intentionally the colours so dark (see for example the nuclei in the second picture) or is this a necessity of your working device?

Franz; It is not for need of work. Sometimes, depending on the sample, I prefer a dark tone.

Very detailed shots Abel. The Rotifer looks like he swallowed a coin. :)
