The genus is probably Spaerozoum (Polycystinia, Collodarea). The diameter (without the filopods) was 100 µm.

Obj. 20x Ph, points of petroleum jelly between slide and cover glass.

Very nice image. Are Radiolario strictly salt water animals?

100µ is pretty good size, aren't these things wonderful. :D
