Euplotes and testate amoeba

In this occasion the microorganisms are a tested amoeba and two euplotes eating ciclydium. The sample comes from water of a river suspended.

All the photos are in DIC to 40X. Microscope Olympus Bx 51 chamber Jenoptik progress.

Wow, that blows me away. Astonishing image quality. Is that possible on an inverted?

I work with a microscope olympus BX 51 and with obj. of fluorita corrected to the infinite with DIC Nomarski.

But also I use electronic flash.
