Some Diatoms

I think these are all diatoms. The last one might not be, so an ID would be nice. All taken with the Tucsen 10Mp microscope tube cam, as I am waiting on yet another Canon adapter that shipped today.

Nr. 1 + 3 = Synedra sp.
Nr. 4 = Melosira granulata
