Yes. It is a 39 image ZS stack. There were many pseudopodia emerging and moving about, so after running the stack I retouched using a single frame where they showed a little. With brightfield illumination, and the test being so much darker than the clear pseudopodia, they barely registered (overexposed) at the proper exposure for the "shell" (actually they don't show up well in "straight" brightfield in any event).Looking at the right side near the opening, are those pseudopodia I see? Was this a live specimen?
