a fantastic polychaete-worm

Post by Franz Neidl »

This polychaete was about 5 mm long - too long for my microscope- objectives. Therefore I show you details.
It was very agressive (or better: hungry). The species: I think this is the male of an Autolytus (syn. Myrianida) prolifer - organized in stolons.

5 pictures (2 in brightfield and 3 in DIC).
