Fungi On Lilac Branch

Found this dead branch in a Lilac hedgerow. The branch was around 5 feet high and covered in this fungi. They look like corn flakes :wink:

Reminds me of one of those stacks of BBQ'd beef you see down in Old Mexico, you know the kind where they slice it off to make you a sandwich? :roll: If any of you have been down there you will know what I mean. Nice shot there Doug, just don't make a sandwich out of it. :wink:
