Keeping Up Appearances

Since there were so many beautiful butterly images posted today, I may as well pull one out just to keep up appearances, as they say.

Hairstreaks are such delicate little things.

And look at their beautiful eyes and antennae. the first one is an angle you don`t see much of with butterfly shots.

The butterfly was being difficult in that first shot Doug, where ever I moved, it turned to face me.

Eventually I walked away for a minute or two and then came back to sneak up on it in the second shot. Thanks Doug.
