Bellissimo, as all of your flower shots, Antonio.
Here, no. 2 is my favourite. The overcast sky gives it an airy, dreamy mood.

To cite a full binominal Latin name correctly the the second word has to begin with a small letter: Borago officinalis.

Ken, Joan. Over here the Common Borage (B. officinalis) is a widespread herb of the kitchen garden, chopped leaves used fresh, e. g. in green salads and the blue flower makes a nice edible decoration.

Ah, flowers that one can eat. I must keep that in mind since food prices along with gasoline, are soaring here in the US. :-k Can "grazing" be far behind?

The backside of one of these flowers appeared on our macro front page in June 2007.

See http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... php?t=2527 .

It's nice to see the front side too. Nice job, nto!
