With the time change it is no longer dark when I get up and dark when I get home, just when I get up! Yesterday I did I whirlwind tour of the local duck pond to catch some late evening sun:

Seeing the first one, I thought what a nice blue sky and white clouds in the background. He must have been lying down outstreched on the ground for capturing this one, but then the perspective of the mallard wouldn´t fit.... there must be something wrong with that picture...
Well, the 3rd picture gave the answer: Still covered in ice and snow over there you are , no blue sky in the background and suddenly the perspective of the duck and the whole image was ok.
Thank goodness that over here we are bathing in the North Atlantic current!
