A Mini Orchid Bloom

Post by beetleman »

This is Oncidium Cheirophorum, a small orchid from Costa Rica. Right now it has 5 sprays of flowers about 6 inches long. I have had this specimen for 3 years in my terrarium and it blooms every year  . First picture is a front view, second picture is a side view. I wonder if this orchid is trying to look like something :-k

It's nice to have old friends rebloom.

Well you got a profile and a mug shot, maybe it wants them to be hung down at the post office. Beautiful orchid Doug, you did a great job of these. :D

These are terrific Doug. I find that it yellow is as easy to blow as white and these are perfect. I love orchids and miss my hothouse full which I had years ago. :)
