Pink Earth Lichen (Dibaeis baeomyces). Common on bare ground.
The pink tops (apothecia) range from 1-4 mm across.

This summer is the first time I saw this lichen and it was covering large areas of sandy soil right behind my place of work. Very crusty and was doing a great job of holding the soil together. I like those two heads that are joined together. You must have had your chin on the ground for this picture :wink:
