Well I am thinking along the same lines as Nikola, a scorpion of some kind, maybe a pseudoscorpion. :-k

You got it. Neat name, but it's not a Scorpion and it's not a Fly, belongs to the Order: Mecoptera.

Supposedly feed on dead insects, including those caught in spider webs (but why they themselves don't get trapped is beyond me). Can't see why they would need such long mouthparts; but has to a reason.
