Oh yes ... like hot pants / mini skts / big hair / moustaches / flares / flower pwr etc :)

Rubbish weather has resulted in some interesting shots - think #2 would prob. get my vote ...

(been just as bad 160 mls north, btw, so it's been a case of encouraging f.flies for 'kitchen sink' macro opportunities... )

Hey, even we who were not born, or were in our nappies back then, like certain things of that time. :D

Brian and Paul, the pictures somehow remind me of this great British music :smt023:

Whoa, Betty ... you've really opened a can of worms here! :)

... if we all start providing links to 'good music' from that era, I suspect that this thread'll soon be the longest this forum's ever seen...

Can even remember situations when such images were being projected ... and then the proj. stalled ... and the whole heaving mass of humanity was suddenly illuminated by nice, bright light as the col. plastic melted ...

... oh what sights / memories :)

Wow! I feel the urge to pack everything up in my flower-power VW van and head to Woodstock! Personally, I vote for #1. I'm (barely) old enough to remember this stuff, even though I was too young to participate! (darnit!)

It's a little past the "real" era of psychedelia, but I'd recommend Al Stewart's album "Past, Present, and Future". Here's one of the songs with an amateur "video":

Constructive critiques of my pictures, and reposts in this forum for purposes of critique are welcome

Thanks Jordan,
No significant pp apart from #2 where I changed the hue slightly.

Jefferson Airplane, Jimmi Hendrix, Eric Clapton...those were the days. Kind'a makes you want to man the PBR and cruise the delta huh? I'll take the twin 30's. Naw just kidding, the flight deck is probably a lot safer but then again... :-k Those images really fit the era though. :D
