Even Younger Hoppers

Post by beetleman »

I actually thought these were small leafhoppers at first. They are about the size of rice grains...maybe a little smaller, the first one was bigger. I would say the third picture is the youngest (and I bet my chin was touching the ground also) Taken back in August.

What a great series and wonderful pictures Doug. :) They are an unusual colour for me. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Right now my camera is at a Canon repair shop. I was starting to get a black smudge on my macro photos like something was floating around inside the camera. This post shows the spot. http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... php?t=3437. Hopefully it just needs a good cleaning

Doug

These are great. I seen a few in my yard, but at the time where I could get some images. I really like that last one.
