Blowfly from this morning

Post by Dearis »

Hi there,

it's finally spring so I decided to get a few bug shots in this morning, here are the results. I these shots I used my 580ex flash with homemade diffuser/softbox at -1 1/3 stops under.

I am so excited there are bugs and stuff about so I can finally get some living, flying, biting, stinging stuff to shoot lol

C & C most welcomed, good and bad.

Regards Darren

I get that same feeling when I go out and look for something to shoot. I think they all look great. The backgrounds came out very nice and the DOF is spot on. Fall and winter are coming here soon, so we will have to depend on you guys on the other side of the world for the live action shots while we wait for the snow to melt ( still a couple of months away I hope)
