Excellent sequence / series of shots Nikola ... a couple of Qs - are these crops and did you take any (side views) with a bit of fill flash at all?

Close call, but #3'd probably get my vote :)

Very interesting series Nikola. I really like pic2 - it's a stunning action shot from an unusual angle with really terrific levels, colour and detail on the prey particularly.

Got to agree with the gang there Nikola, fantastic shots. I especially like the last one where the larger is going for the throat. :smt023

Excellent.
The 2nd photo, which I like most, could have been in company of a similar photo from a bit further away, to give that tiny bit more dof.

Thanks folks! :D
The photographs were taken between 15:07 and 15:20 o'clock (24 hours system). It means about 13 minutes of shoting, so I have 406 pics of this scene. But very few of them are useful. Very difficult conditions, deep in shadow, pines and brambles. I came out with scratches all over. :?
Pic #3 is a full frame (3888×2592), #1 crop (3250×2165) and #2 is actually a vertical crop from horizontal photo. 8)
All hand held, no flash.
