Almost certainly. As far as I know, my server logs cannot distinguish between the two, but it's hard to imagine that people are actually saving that dang thing!

Actually the reporting tool that I use labels the number as "Views". I think I wrote "download" because I've been using that word a lot lately in some other writings (as in comm line speeds for upload vs download).
