I actually heard on the news last night, they found a web the size of 2 football fields somewhere in Texas,,,, how bout it Ken :D :D

Sky works well as background. Those Argiope spiders could look very different, do they 8)

Thanks Macroluv,, these spiders do look different,, I saw a female that was as big around as my thumb :D

Never seen on like this with hairy leg joints, though I do know a few girls who...never mind. :roll: Another good spider shot there Jim. Yeah, I believe MikeB is going to try and make his way down there, Texas, to photograph that thing. Must be a "Texas thing" with those spiders out there. You know, "everything in Texas is bigger." :roll:

Ken always did go for hairy girls. :wink: I always knew that the atomic test would create a giant spider some day...I saw it in a movie once...I did. :roll: That is one incredible spider.
