Little Yellow Aphids?

I first thought they were eggs, until I noticed one of the "eggs" walking across the vein of the leaf . Once I focused in with my macro, I seen they were actually little aphid-like critters.

I have been seeing masses of yellow ones on mikkweed lately.

Looks as though they have been feeding on oranges Cute little fellas, unless you have rose bushes...
