Spiders give me the hee bee jee bees there Jim. I was bitten by a Banana Spider while over in the Philippines. Talk about something that will put a hurting on a guy. :smt088 I still have a scar from the dang thing and had to take antibiotics for days it seemed because of the bite. Non-poisonous of course but the spider venom did do a lot of tissue damage and therefore opened up a chance for infection, especially in a tropical environment. :|

Yeah they are up here too but I have yet to encounter one that I know of but probably, then again, may have and did not know it. :-k I am sure if I had got bitten by one I would know it though. I have read a bit about the damage they can do and not often does the bite result in death but makes one wish it would from what I have read and heard. Nasty little buggers!
