Again, not the perfect image, some blown highlights and overexposure in some areas. I concentrated more on the bee than his surroundings for this image.

Glare is an "occupational hazard" of shooting insects with this sort of wing. Looks good to me.

Thanks for the comments. This guy held still for a long time, even with the lense in his face :lol: , but he soon had enough and attacked my lens. The lens did not suffer for long :lol: :roll: I took off running. I am allergic to these things, but I wanted that picture... :wink:

A lot of interesting things to look at in this photo Sue. The eyes and the fuzzy head make him kinda cute.

Sue the bee is a male, no sting involved with this guy. Probably a male Mellissodes. Nice shot as they are often very skittish bees.
