The butterflies are returning and this one all ready looks a bit worn.

Here again, the background compliments the subject very nicely. It is an incredible color ( I`m sure they have a name for it). Really goes good with the grays.

Thanks Doug and Ken.

The background is just the dark leaves of the plant. Right now, for whatever reason, the only butterflies (or moths) in my yard are white. I think once my butterfly bushes bloom out more will come.

Haven't seen many butterflies. I am waiting for my butterfly weed to bloom. There are several around the house but on someone elses property. Hope they don't "mow" them.
