This hoverfly had just landed and was still flexing it's wings before "parking" them.

Great capture on this guy. Hoovers can, at times, be difficult as you never know if they are landing or when they will suddenly take off to other parts.

Landing on cactus wouldn't be enjoyable. :lol: :mrgreen:
