A close encounter
A bee and lady bug on Spanish lavender. As I was repositioning for a better shot where both would be in focus, the bee moved into the lady bug and they both flew off.

I think as long as one of the critters is in focus, it looks OK. Like you said, what happens when you wish both were in focus, They both fly away ...That is Murphys`law of Macro shooting
The flower makes a beautiful backdrop for the insects also. A beautiful purple color.
