Administrators Appreciation Gallery Award winners for May

Well, it is May already and for most of us it is springtime and you know what that means…lots of great macro & micro photos will be coming into the forums. Insects are buzzing, flowers are blooming and the mold and fungi will be growing and fruiting in the warm spring rains.
There are so many beautiful pictures entering the forums, that this month we had a real hard time picking our favorites for this months Administrators Appreciation Gallery Award. After much decision we have finally picked our favorite photos to grace the front pages of our wonderful forums.

This months pick for Macro front page goes to Matevz Pavlin, AKA Teva, for his extraordinary Dragonfly head photo with the incredible water drops posted here; http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... php?t=2394

This months photo winner for the Front Page of the Micro forum is "A thin section by the needle of the Schwarzkiefer" posted by Erik Weidling posted here; http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... php?t=2163 Not only is the photo an example of excellence in microscopic photography but shows off Erik’s great skill at using his old antique microtome.

Let us all congragulate these two winners for their wonderful contributions that they have made to our forums by giving them a hearty pat on the back and a loud “Great Job” from all of us.
