Good depth of field and great composition, especially in the first photograph. It takes a lot of...uh...well...er, well you know what I mean and some big ones

, to get that close to a wasps nest for a shot.

I like the lighting on the wasp nest. The one wask in the shadows is very neat IMO. They do look very aware of you being there

Neat shots. the wasp are a Polybia species. I suspect those are not eggs on the bug but mites instead.

When I saw your wasp pictures, I was glad I chose something nice and safe to photograph, like cactus spines. Good shots craid.
