Thoughts on the Nature

Post by MarcoD »

INCREDIBLE  !!
The strength of cactii. How a small plant like this Echinocereus fitchii can, in less than a month, creates starting from nothing a flower bigger than the whole plant and two more flowers growing up on the other plant sides?.
One more note is about plant’s slowness growing rate.
Simple Answer?
THE NATURE IS WONDERFUL \:D/

Very nice flower on that cactus, Marko, with two additional buds. :D
Even the background (terrace tiles?) has a cactus motif.

Wonderful pictures Marko. Cacti are surely blessed with beautiful flowers. I love the stigmas on these cactus.

Ooooops! Sorry. Unconsciously I wrote Marko (Croatianized) instead of originally Marco.
But I'm wondering how Doug made the same? :-k

I have some Echinocereus seedlings Marco in a 2" square pot, The plants are about the size of the end of your thumb and are putting out buds!

I watered for the first time at the beginning of this month and by next day from nothing visible Echinocereus buds were showing.
