Some very sharp images there Ken

, especially that second one. The last appears to be some form of polypore. I have found this or something that is very similar here in the mountains of North Carolina. Might be that it is a very cosmopolitain species.

Thanks Ken, I put a kink in my neck trying to turn upside down to see the caterpiller and to find out which end was the front
