You know I really like this image

. The only thing I wish were that the flowers in the foreground were a bit sharper but then again if they were you probably would lose that delicate lacy appearance of the spines, I am assuming they are spines, of the cactus. This is a beautiful plant in all aspects and does make for an equally as beautiful photograph Dave, very nice work.

That is one beautiful cactus Dave. I don`t know what I like the most...the spines or the flowers...together they = "Gorgeous" photo

I have a few mammilaria, but not this one! Is it on its own roots?

No grafted, though probably not difficult on it's own roots. Body is about two thirds the size of a golf ball.
