The graceful bells of echevaria blooms are one of my favorite succulent flowers. Hope you enjoy.

Lovely limited focus, nice smooth colors and the flowers in the background are half the image.

It is very artistic IMO. The flowers in and out of focus balance themselves out very nicely. I also love that orange color :wink:

The gentle colours work perfectly together to create a feeling of restrained vibrancy coupled with a sense of warmth and life. Even the graduated background is just perfect.

I think this is a super picture Irwin - I really like it!

Thank you Ehrland, Doug and Bruce. I am glad you enjoyed.

Echevarias are amoung my favorite plants. Their leaves form beautiful rossettes that look like spectacular flowers. Then, they actually flower.

Unfortunately, skin oil removes the waxy coating from the leaves and scars the plant permantently, so it is truely a "look but do not touch" plant and a bear to repot.
