Three more equally stunning photos Nikola - thank you! So what happens to the butterfly? Does it get tucked away in a larder for later consumption or does eating commence straight away?

You've done a great job shooting against a bright blue sky - is that the same use of fill flash you mentioned in an earlier posting?

Bruce, I didn't use the flash. It was about high noon, sunlight from behind, slightly left. Unfortunately I didn't find out butterfly's final destination. I was keeping my eyes on it for more than fifteen minutes, but once I looked around and turned back - it disappeared. :shock:
Since crab spiders does not make web I'm curious where they keep their meals? :-k
