Amazon - A pair of hoppers

Post by crotermund »

Well hopefully you aren't tired of the hoppers yet. At least these 2 are relaxing and happily enjoying life unlike the last one I posted getting eaten.

Wonderful shots Craig...I never get tired of these hoppers...no way. The first one could be the adult to the one you posted with the mosquito. They both (photos) have some nice DOF to them.

I want the cute lil wasp imitator for a pet!

Thats a really excellent photo Craig - sharp focus, levels and colour balance spot on, pleasing composition and a great subject too!

Hey...and I recognise that fellow in pic2 from an earlier posting of Ken's. :D

Thanks guys. Yeah, Bruce, I knew at least one of these guys might have been previously posted. I do hope that the same insects or same photo opportunities seen thru a different lens don't get too tiresome. Ken and I shared a fantastic adventure and certainly shot a lot of the same things.

Craig (and Ken) - I for one can't get enough of your amazing Amazon photos and I'm very grateful that you two guys are sharing your photographic adventure with me.
