You can make one yourself from the public domain images at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_ratio.
But I doubt that you'll bother with the overlay after taking a glance at the images.
This spiral is much too "flat" to be golden ratio -- it's only increasing in radius by 20% per turn, where golden ratio would be more like 7 times.
Interesting to note that it's not completely symmetric, either. The outer coils have around 9 lumps per turn, then some in the middle have more like 8, and the inner coils look like they go back to around 9.
