Amazon - Another Frog #2 (Not Poisonous)

Post by crotermund »

Here's another frog we encountered. The first shot he was resting in his cozy and undisturbed state just before a couple curious photographers showed up.

The 2nd shot he decided to go for a walk.

Finally, he responded when I called, "Hey look over here." :)

I really like the third shot man. It has a lot of character and it looks like it has questionmarks all around his head.

Nice work there m8

All the best,

Wonderful pictures Craig. Beautiful frog. it is such a shame that they are under so much pressure from us humans...because when they are gone, all we are going to have is pictures  Was this trip an eco-tourist expedition? I here the amazon is at its lowest level that it has ever been.

Actually, Doug, the trip had it's origins as a combination Peacock Bass Fishing trip and Photography Adventure. Because Ken and I both love nature we knew we would feel right at home down there. There was plenty of adventure that extended beyond fishing and photography, though. I do wish we would have spent more time with the native peoples / culture as they were extremely friendly to be around.
