Here's another frog we encountered. The first shot he was resting in his cozy and undisturbed state just before a couple curious photographers showed up.
The 2nd shot he decided to go for a walk.
Finally, he responded when I called, "Hey look over here."

Wonderful pictures Craig. Beautiful frog. it is such a shame that they are under so much pressure from us humans...because when they are gone, all we are going to have is pictures Was this trip an eco-tourist expedition? I here the amazon is at its lowest level that it has ever been.

Actually, Doug, the trip had it's origins as a combination Peacock Bass Fishing trip and Photography Adventure. Because Ken and I both love nature we knew we would feel right at home down there. There was plenty of adventure that extended beyond fishing and photography, though. I do wish we would have spent more time with the native peoples / culture as they were extremely friendly to be around.
