Jamacian prickly cactus beads

Post by beetleman »

"YEH MON" these are the real thing. Cactus beads. Round beads are about 10mm in dia. Just imagine the machine that puts little dabs of silicone (?) on these things

These things are beads...I work at a store that sells beads and jewelry making supplies along with rocks & minerals & some crystals. You can make earrings & necklaces out of them.

hmm, can't say that I think a necklace made out of these things would feel too comfortable...must be for the piercing crowd.

I have never understood the piercing of ones self. There was a guy I worked with and I sware, I would never want to be near him during a thunder or electrical storm. His face looked like a hardware store. Everything had some sort of metal hanging off of it or stuck into it. You could probably take magnets and post notes on his forehead  Anyway Doug, some very colorful and prickly looking subjects, nice! :D

Its people with an inferiority complex Ken who think they would normally never be noticed so try and attract attention in this way. Its a "please look at me" plea, they simply crave attention.

Could be... but I also saw many pretty females with various weird things and could swear they attract attention with or without it.

But then anorexic females still think they are too fat!
