One of my Aloes has flowered for the first time, and I thought I'd try get a shot of a single flower with my phone.

Thanks Doug! Would you believe the 'background' is simply the kitchen window at night with the kitchen light off!

I used my phone with its light on and nagled the phone so as not to get any reflections in the glass!

An impressive display there Cyclops :D . I have seen some remarkable images that have been taken with camera phones, they do seem to be getting better at making them. Nice work! :D

Being a phone cam I presume you used extension rings to get that close! :lol:

lol, be neat if I could do that! Surprisingly i used the digital zoom to get that close-this phone is surprisingyl good, the best I've had! Ive used it to death, its starting to look old now :wink:
