Man, you are up to post 36 already The colors are spectular on those tropical grasshoppers Ken...looks like the third one is missing a hopping leg and I love the eye on the first one. The second picture is a Metallic Wood-boring Beetle (Buprestidae), we have some in the states that look like this guy. Great shot of him, they usually do not stay in one place for long after they see you getting close

Sorry Ken, that was unthinkingly "English" of me....
Savile Row is the street address of some of the most exclusive (and expensive) men's tailors in London. A number of the companies have been established for 150 to 200 years (maybe more?) and cater to the rich and famous. So a man in a Savile Row suit would be considered to be wearing the ultimate in exclusive, top quality tailoring.
So my "Savile Row livery" comment simply meant that the hopper in pic1 was a snappy dresser.
